Patricia and I lived in Denver and were thinking about buying a place in Florida where we would spend the winters. So we called several real estate agents ahead of a trip to Hollywood for a family reunion. Many agents did not even return our phone calls. Not so with Denise Bracco. She returned our call and gave us valuable information on the phone. After our family reunion was concluded, Denise met with us in Hollywood and took us around to see properties for a couple of days. We decided to buy a place in Hallandale Beach and we then met John Bracco, who did much of the back office work on our behalf. All in all it was a very pleasurable and professional experience dealing with the Braccos. We still keep in touch with them as they have become our friends.
