Reigning from 3 generations of builders and developers, Denise with 35 years experience as construction accountant and controller. Also licensed as a N.Y.S Real Estate Associate, has experience in the promotion and sales of condos and homes. John experienced as Project Coordinator, Supervisor on various types of construction projects in the New York-New Jersey Metropolitan Area. His many years of on site experience encompased New Residential, Commercial and Rehab Projects. As Assistant Project Mangager supervised the construction of a Luxury 72 Unit, High Rise Condominium Project in Westchester County, New York
